Two men were arrested near 24-year-old singer Joss Stone’s home 175 miles southwest of London in a red car with a samurai sword, body bag and detailed notes on the layout of Stone’s home.
Stone said in a statement, “I’d like to thank everyone for their concern,” But I’m absolutely fine and getting on with life as normal.
The singer rose to fame as a teenager with her debut album “The Soul Sessions” going multi-platinum, winning a Grammy and selling 11 million albums worldwide.
Despite her fame Stone still lives in Cullompton the same village where she grew up outside of London.
The two men face conspiracy to commit robbery and bodily harm and will be detained until their court appearance in July.
