Lindsay Lohan To Serve No Jail Time, Judge Says Lindsay’s Problem Not Substance Abuse

Lindsay Lohan's FU Painted Nail

Lindsay Lohan pleaded no contest in the alleged thief of a necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store earlier this year.

Judge Stephanie Sautner did not give Lindsay any additional time for theft charges but she will have to serve 120 days for her probation which translates into Lindsay serving her 14 days at home with an electronic monitoring device.

Judge Sautner said Lohan’s problems were not drug related but more deeply rooted and feels Lindsay is self-medicating. The judge is not requiring the ‘Mean Girls” star to attend substance abuse counseling but Lohan will have to complete psychological counseling and a class on shoplifting.

She is still required to complete 480 hours of community service and will be on 3 years probation for the necklace theft.
